Nella is our Global Compliance Manager for Visy Logistics. She’s responsible for ensuring our logistics, transport and warehouse operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and policy.
“I get to build this compliance role, it’s been amazing. I get to build it to what I want it to be, there’s a lot of opportunity and I’m getting a lot of support.”
She’s managing a team of eight people who look after everything from driver training to quality assurance and compliance.
“Driver trainers are part of my team and they make sure drivers are trained and assessed to regulations and company policies. It’s a heavily regulated sector to keep everyone safe.”
After two years in our graduate program, Nella was promoted to Safety and Compliance Lead before being promoted a second time to Compliance Manager.
